What I got to look at was this wooden stick with a dinosaur head drawn at the top of it that I think I, as a 9 year old, could have drawn and a couple of guys moving it around and Steven screaming into a megaphone, ‘Okay, now he’s eating him, Joe. He’s eating him now. You’re looking at him. He’s eating him.’ I was a little upset. I was like ‘Yo, when are we getting some dinosaurs. I keep hearing this movie’s about dinosaurs.’”

Trying to decide which script is better

Two different scripts

Two kinds of shows

One is a spec for Happy Endings

One is a spec for Elementary

But this person wants to see just one

And just one could really be the making or breaking of me.

So which is better?

which do I think represents my writing better?

which do I think they’d respond to better?

which do I feel says everything in the world?

Oh bother.

When I say “um” it’s usually because I have to be honest and forthright.

And I struggle with those things a great deal.

So it’s funny when you hear people like jury consultants say that “um” is a sign of a “faleshood”

Because it is literally my only “tell” of just the opposite.

Superwholock Via Hogwarts Houses

So, I thought I’d do the Hogwarts Houses as fits the great threesome of Supernatural, Doctor Who and Sherlock. And whilst many of these characters have traits of more than one house I went with the one that seemed to fit them best. And look, Slytherin isn’t full of baddies! I didn’t want to put any baddies in, didn’t want to fall into that trap, but couldn’t think of anyone in Sherlock who screamed Slytherin more that Moriarty.
