So I am going to sue my landlord for breach of contract. I don’t think I’ll win. But since I’m just doing this to be annoying for his douchery then I’m going to tack on request for payment for all items I spent money on in connection with his douchery.

Like I moved recently into the larger bedroom no longer habited by the smoking girl. I and I alone cleaned the room so it would no longer smell of smoke. I want my money back for the items spent cleaning the room as well as the time I spent cleaning the room.

I moved all my items including having to deconstruct and reconstruct my bed in the larger room. I’m tacking that on. I just hope I don’t annoy the judge by adding these things. I’m going to read some law books, etc to try to prove my case as best as possible since i’m doing this in small claims. PRO SE UP IN DIS BIAAATCH. So we’ll see.
