the reason male comic book fans work themselves into a frenzied rage over “fake geek girls" is because they think they can’t get a girlfriend because of their love for comic books (a.k.a nerdiness). if they accept that geek girls genuinely love comic books, then they’re left with the cold harsh reality that it’s not their nerdiness that makes them unattractive to women, but the fact that they are misogynistic condescending dickbags who need to be avoided AT ALL COSTS

This is so important! I usually don’t reblog posts but people need to understand that mental illnesses are NO CHOICE! You cannot get over it, or snap with your fingers and just be okay again. It takes constant fixing and a lot of strength to get out of this.
So to everyone who judges people with mental disorders: people don’t get a choice to develop a disorder or not, but being stupid and telling them to get over it is a choice.
PLEASE DONT JUDGE THINGS UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND!

I have just finished the first draft of a treatment for my pilot. It will probably go nowhere but God it felt nice to write something I was 100% invested in writing. I like the characters. I like the setting. I like the show’s direction.

Writing for this was a total difference from writing specs and other things.

This feels like passion.

Passion for a project.

This feels good.

I turn on my computer. I wait impatiently as it connects. I go online and my breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words: “You’ve got mail.” I hear nothing, not even a sound on the streets of New York. Just the beat of my own heart. I have mail… from you.

If Sherlock goes the same way then we’re still about 250+ years away from Johnlock kissing.
