There are few things on this list in my behavior set, and I’ve met some who have almost all of them, and others who have fewer than I do. It’s interesting food for thought if you’re in the right mental space to do the introspection necessary to spot the patterns.
Interesting. I’m definitely guilty of a couple of these. I’m not totally sold that ego is the enemy, but I do believe that attachment is suffering and many of these speak to attachments, to the reactions of others to self. Definitely have the wanting to be seen thing, though I usually just feel mopey when I feel invisible, lol.

I just don’t think Ego is always a bad thing. Too much is….but some…omg eff just ID’ing it up. Id, Ego, Super-Ego work together…
