Now, ‘owner’ fits really well with the letters, but…

Okay so because I’m insane and have nothing better to do with my time, I decided to try and figure out some of that barely-visible text.
I loaded up the image in photoshop and played around with blending and contrast and stuff until I came up with the second image, and tried to read as much as I could from there.
The actual words are what I could read (or what I’m pretty sure was there). Dashes are words I couldn’t read, but could estimate how many letters. Equal signs are where I had no idea what that was.
So with what I could read, maybe something with Reichenbach again? The pool even?
Anyways, here’s the images in case someone would like to translate more of it or just look at what I ~~shamefully~~ spent about the last hour doing.
