The Legend of Zelda to become a Netflix show.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Netflix is working on a show based on the game series.
The video streaming service is in the early stages of developing a live action series based on “Zelda,” about an ordinary boy named Link who must rescue a princess named Zelda and save a fantasy world called Hyrule, said a person familiar with the matter. As it seeks writers to work on the show, Netflix is describing it as “Game of Thrones” for a family audience, this person said.
As it is still seeking a writer to work on the series, Netflix has a long road to travel before a “Legend of Zelda” series actually becomes a reality. It’s also possible that Netflix or Nintendo will kill the project before it gets off the ground.

ATTENTION ARTISTS OF TUMBLR: I AM IN NEED OF YOUR ARTS.
First off, let me introduce you to the man who raised me:This is my grandfather, Donald. Yesterday, I had to call 911 and have him rushed to the hospital. Right now he’s in the ICU, suffering from heart, kidney, and now possibly liver failure.
As you can see, this man is completely badass. He is clearly flipping me off to the best of his ability. Let me tell you a few things about this amazing man before I beg you for art.
He raised over thirteen kids. Only four of them were actually his. He took me home for the hospital after I was born, and raised me, though it was not his job to do so. He’s supported me through college, and we’ve had a lot of shit to deal with since my parents and his two sisters passed away three years ago. On top of raising thirteen years, my grandfather worked several jobs to support them, and worked full time until he could retire at 65 to support me. He’s 76 now.
He’s my mom and he’s my dad. He’s one of the most important things in my life. And right now, I can’t really do much to help him. I still have to attend my college classes, because if I miss more than seven hours for each, I will be dropped and forced to give back my financial aid. My friends and various able family members take turns sitting with him while I’m in class.
Here’s where you guys come in.
My grandfather LOVES art. He is an artist himself. I’m trying to get as many artists as I can here on Tumblr to make get well soon art for him.
Papa loves The X Files, House MD, Harry Potter, CSI MIAMI, Hannibal Lecter and Clarice Starling, Superman, CW’s Flash, Supernatural, Indiana Jones, Batman, Iron Man, and most of all, Star Trek. The First Generation to be precise, but he loves Spock from TOS. And he loves original art too. He loves anything weird, pretty, and weird. Lots of skulls, flowers, and gemstones.
Give him your art. He can’t have flowers in ICU, so I want to surround him with beauty of our own making. I want him to understand that there are people who care for him and want him to get well.
If you’re interested in submitting art, please post it and tag it with my URL. I’ll check the tag periodically throughout the day, and I will print EVERYTHING I possibly can and bring it to the hospital.

How did John get a job well paid enough to afford all of this, when he could hardly make ends meet before the fall? Was he only able to apply for a job like this after Sherlock was out of the picture? What about the months of depression after Sherlock’s death?
Or has all of this been carefully arranged by a woman he met, someone who helped him through the hard time he went through? A woman who told him that she was (conveniently) orphaned. And therefore equipped with a considerable inheritance? What a nice coincidence! How wonderful when life changes for the better! After all the pain and suffering his mad flatmate had inflicted on him.
But wait. By now we know better. As should John. Does he still believe the tales that wife told him? Or does he strongly suspect that all this newly acquired wealth is bought for the prize of the lives Mary has taken during her assassin job?
What made him accept a life like this? As a kept man, living on blood money?
