I just re-wrote the end of Mary’s arc because I think it’s better this way. But also I have her ending tied in with John and Sherlock and I wonder if people will hate it because well…I am being RATHER nice to her. Though really I’m being nice to John and being kind in remembrance of episode 1 and 2 Mary.

Anyhoo so I have Mary’s arc to end, Janine’s arc to end. Also the stupid casefic portion (NEVER AGAIN!) and then I get to get towards the end with….I dunno. I mean I’ve made Victor out to be this lovely fuckin fellow and what is supposed to happen now? Sherlock is supposed to just throw him aside?

OH WAIT MAYBE HE AND DIMMOCK CAN GET TOGETHER! Because we all know that Dimmock want’s the Shercock and Victor does too and maybe…MAYBE.

god casefics are so fucking hard to write. so much plotting. I like to just have a hint of case, some vague references.

I attempted one before and had some nice elements to it but SO MUCH PLOTTING. Honestly this one has ended with the most ridiculous deus ex machina ever. But I was like I DONT CARE I CANNOT SPEND ANY MORE TIME WITH THIS DUMB CASE FIC.

There are people who do them brilliantly and so I feel I should leave it to the professionals…and that ain’t me. I’ll be doing it like you from here on out. vague references… ahh tis a case…tiny hint..oh look it’s solved in the middle of emotion and kisses and sex. That is it.

But I think the most telling is the one from SNL. This says to me that Martin “doesn’t play it that way” Freeman knows this is his move. He knows this is what he does as an actor to show he’s smitten and yet he specifically chose this “move” for when John is most relaxed with Sherlock. I mean come onnnnnn.

I don’t want to live that way, where I hate five days of the week because I hate my life and job so much, that the only relief I get is Saturday and Sunday.
