I think the thing is I’ve ben reading fanfics since I was 13 and at the time I couldn’t say “I’m a mature adult and can choose  my sexuality” I wasn’t old enough to tell everyone to fuck off, there was a lot of things I couldn’t do. I still can’t do. But I love fanfics. Fanfics changed my world. They made me cry and want to die, they broke me and  put me together again, they sustained me when nothing else could. I LOVE fanfics. 

No no. You don’t understand. i love them. i love the lack of exposition. I love the smut. I love the lack of smut. I love that fanfics will take you as far as you can go. Because that’s the thing with fanfics. They don’t stop. 

Fanfics don’t care about limits. They don’t care about what’s forbidden.

Fanfiction is transgression. Always. Every day. And it doesn’t matter if you’re 14 and beginning or 60 and a published author. You’re here for the same thing. the same couple. The same relationship. You’re here to make people happy and isn’t that beautiful? 

Fanfictions are the most wonderful things ever invented and never ever forget that.
