So um I’m gonna do a thing.
It’s basically going to be called “Something I failed at today” which will catalog the shit I didn’t get done on a daily basis in the year 2013.
If I actually get the shit done then I’ll mark it “something I didn’t fail at today” which means it will still have that lovely negative ring to it even if I’m getting shit done.
So to start off for the first 17 days I’ll say
Something I failed at for the first 17 days…I didn’t go to the gym —not a once. I haven’t exercised or anything. I had a great excuse…horribly death that shook my entire world and will continue to resonate for the rest of my life but ya know I still failed at the standard “go the gym” resolution that’s always popular this time of year.
Something I didn’t fail at for at least 1 day—I worked on my script and I started to read the script I’m supposed to provide feedback on. So there. Hopefully tonight before I go to bed I get to add another not failing thing to the list.
