Groundhog’s folklore prediction says early spring for US
Washington Post: Prognosticating groundhog Punxsutawney Phil did not see his own shadow at the Pennsylvanian town of Punxsutawney’s 127th Groundhog Day - which according to folklore means the forecast of an early spring.
