I refuse to impose gender roles on babies.
So my company newsletter will use yellow instead of “boy blue” and “girl pink”.
And I’ll only say “Welcome baby” instead of “baby boy” or “baby girl”
Also removing the clipart all together. The girls had flowers and ribbons and the boys had trucks and screwdrivers all around the photos.
Only I will notice this change from the way we used to do it.
