Mine doesn’t have mpreg, but the sequel (Mine, too) does. A House in the Country mentions it right at the end. Held in Trust, though, is mpreg free (save for a brief mention of a Mystrade son). 

Ahh right. I’d very much like to recommend  A House in the Country (short at 20k words) fuck me it’s so fuckin hot…God so much. It’s the one that made me think “alright maybe I can hop on this omegaverse train.”  And it’s a tiny mention. 

Also Held in Trust is good too though a bit sad (short also at 30k…Am I weird to consider 20 and 30k things to be short?)

It’s not even angst. Don’t be silly! It’s just not a quite happy ending. Is there a better term? I bet there’s even a tag for that already on A03. Probably “Not quite happy ending”?  I mean it’s ambiguous really. IT COULD be happy at some point…maybe….*whispers* In my mind it ends happily…and with a lot of sex.

I’m actually gonna lose my shit if I see this on my dash again. Some of these aren’t actually “bad fic” as much as shit that just isn’t your jam. And that’s fuckin fine that it’s not your jam but that doesn’t make it “bad.” 

Of course the poor spelling is annoying but even then ya know what? On a long road trip I read a 200k fanfic written by someone from China. English was their second language and there was a ton of spelling and grammar errors… but the story was amazing. Eventually she got an English fluent beta and the story became absolutely wonderful. She published hoping someone would like the story enough to help and they did.

So ya know what? Fuck all the haters. Fanfic writers get a LOT of shit but these people are some of the most altruistic people around. Yes, it’d be lovely if everything was perfectly formatted and written to perfection but new writers are learning. They are cutting their teeth on these stories and I fuckin applaud them. 

There is a reader for every story out there. Fuck anyone who tries to shame writers for not being perfect.

one does not simple leave 12 hours in between scene when the scenes involve Dean and Cas. Cas doesn’t have a fucking home where did the fucking go?

And they did it twice. Already before when they went from the crime-scene to Nora’s house. Impala-time-travel? Nora living a few hundred miles away? Time flies when you’re around?

I’m finalizing the last few pages of my Christmas present for the BFF. It’s a coffee table book made of our best txt conversations.
